1. Who is the data controller?

e-mark, CVR 38100378, Engdraget 28, 6091 Bjert, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data processed in connection with ownsurvey.pro. Contact us at support@e-mark.tech.

2. What data do we process, and why?

Demo requests. When you submit the form on the homepage, we receive your first name, last name, phone number and email address, and we store them in our contact list. We use them to reply to you and arrange a demo. The basis is your request to be contacted (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We delete the data no later than 24 months after our last contact, if no agreement has been made.

Purchases. When you buy in the checkout, we process your email, name, address, phone number, company details and details of your order. Payment is made through Stripe, and we do not receive your card details. We use the data to deliver your order, send an invoice and provide support. The basis is the agreement with you (art. 6(1)(b)) and our obligation to keep accounting records (art. 6(1)(c)). We keep invoices and accounting records for 5 years after the end of the financial year.

Enquiries and support. We process the information you send us by email to answer you and resolve your matter. The basis is our legitimate interest in helping you and documenting the contact (art. 6(1)(f)).

Responses in OwnSurvey. After the handover the Customer is the data controller for responses and other data collected in the solution. Before the handover only test surveys are used, and we do not process personal data for the Customer in that period.

3. Who receives the data?

• DashNex, which provides the platform where the site, the checkout, the invoices and our contact list are hosted.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Our email and accounting software providers.

We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, this takes place on a valid transfer basis, for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. Cookies

The homepage ownsurvey.pro uses no cookies and no analytics or marketing tools, and it does not load content from third parties. We therefore do not ask for cookie consent on the homepage.

If you continue to the checkout or log in as an administrator, technical, necessary cookies or local storage may be used: Stripe uses them for secure payment and fraud prevention, and the login pages use local storage to keep you signed in. They are necessary for the service to work and are not used for marketing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to the processing, and receive it in a common format. Write to support@e-mark.tech. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk, or to your local data protection authority.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is on this page.
