Refund Policy — OwnSurvey

You can cancel your order

You can cancel your order of OwnSurvey and receive a full refund:

• until you have confirmed delivery of your solution, and
• no later than 30 days after you have been given access to your solution.

The 30 days also run if you have not given a confirmation. Once you have confirmed delivery, or the period has expired, there is no longer a right to a refund.

How to cancel

Write to support@e-mark.tech and state your company name and invoice number.

How the refund is paid

The amount is paid back to the payment card you used for the purchase within 14 business days after we have received your cancellation. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including any VAT.

What happens to your solution?

If you cancel, we close your test access and stop the handover of your business account. Data from the test period is deleted within 30 days.
