Terms of Sale — OwnSurvey

Version 1.0 · 4 October 2026

1. Who is the seller?

OwnSurvey is sold by e-mark, company registration (CVR) 38100378, Engdraget 28, 6091 Bjert, Denmark (the "Supplier").

These terms apply to all purchases on ownsurvey.pro and are accepted when the buyer completes the purchase in the checkout.

2. Who do the terms apply to?

OwnSurvey is sold to business customers only (the "Customer"). By ordering, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made on behalf of a business.

ownsurvey.pro is for customers established outside Denmark. Customers established in Denmark should order at ownsurvey.dk. By ordering, the Customer confirms that it is established outside Denmark. The Supplier checks the company details the Customer sends before delivery (section 5) and may cancel an order from a customer established in Denmark and refund it in full, directing the Customer to ownsurvey.dk.

3. What does the Customer buy?

The Customer buys a one-time license to OwnSurvey in the edition selected in the checkout:

EditionAdministratorsOpen surveys at the same time
OwnSurvey Starter11
Starter Teamup to 51
Enterprise Solo1up to 5
Enterprise Teamup to 5up to 10

All editions include an unlimited number of surveys over time, unlimited responses, repeated rounds with comparison of results, and reporting (top 3 and bottom 3 with priority score, overall conclusion and PDF report).

A survey counts towards the number of open surveys only while it is open. A completed survey keeps all its data and can be reopened.

Needs beyond Enterprise Team (more administrators or surveys, or the Customer's own name and branding) are agreed separately.

4. Price and payment

5. Delivery

  1. After payment, the Customer sends its company name, address and company/VAT number, the name and email of the person who should get access, and the email address of the Customer's free DashNex membership to support@ownsurvey.pro.
  2. The Supplier sets up the Customer's solution in a DashNex business account and gives one person from the Customer access to try it with test surveys (no real responses or personal data before the handover, see section 11).
  3. The handover takes place by agreement and no later than 30 days after the Customer has been given access.
  4. Before the handover the Supplier sends a delivery confirmation. Once the Customer has confirmed it, the Supplier starts the handover of the business account to the Customer's DashNex membership. The handover is carried out through DashNex, and the Supplier cannot guarantee DashNex's processing time.

The Supplier owns the business account until the handover has taken place.

6. Cancellation and refund

See the Refund Policy. The Customer may cancel and receive a full refund until the Customer has confirmed delivery, and no later than 30 days after the Customer has been given access.

7. License

The Customer receives a non-exclusive license without time limit to use OwnSurvey in the purchased edition in its own business, including for surveys among the Customer's own employees, customers and users. Using the solution externally, for example to deliver surveys to other businesses under its own name, requires a white-label solution, which is agreed separately.

8. Operation and costs after the handover

9. Support and updates

Email support at support@ownsurvey.pro on setup and use during the test period and until the handover. Maintenance, updates and support after the handover are not included in the license price. If they are offered later, they are agreed separately and in writing.

10. Personal data

The Customer is the data controller for responses and other data in the solution. After the handover the Supplier has no access to data. Before the handover only test surveys without real personal data are used (see section 11), so the Supplier does not process personal data for the Customer in that period.

11. Liability

Until the handover. The Supplier owns and operates the Customer's business account during the test period. In that period the solution is used only for trial with test surveys. The Customer must not collect real responses or personal data in the solution before the handover has taken place. Because only test data is created, loss of data in that period is of no consequence, and the Supplier is not liable for loss of test data.

After the handover. The Customer is responsible for the account, its users and all data in it, see section 8. The Supplier's total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the license, and does not cover indirect loss (for example loss of operations or profit). The limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are decided by the ordinary Danish courts.

13. Changes

The Supplier may change these terms. The terms that applied on the page at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
